Last night we packed with the new room and had singers we had never seen before. Good ones...Recently updated their page and put a slide show on it that will give you a good idea about the place. Most are shot during non-peak hours. About the fifth slide in is the owners hunkered in a booth Both are in black. During karaoke or band night they circulate and wait on the folks. You will see him (blue tee shirt) on the mic a lot he is a karaoke nut and very very good. You will also see my host at station with his girl friend

This is the place that was closed down for 3 months and I kept Sat open for them. Dont think they didnt appreciate it. Dave and I had discussions when he was part owner about busting 3 grand on the till. WE did it..I think we had 160 WE run 2 speakers in the room and another G2 daisy chained in the old bar part and it blows my mind how good 1 speaker sounds. The sound in the new room is awesome.

Bar owners are dumb... Sure.... THIS IS A GOOD GIG> You walk in to set up and are greeted with a hand shake from owner and mngr. We are bonded with the owners and the staff.

To put it simply this place brought me out of retirement after being burned out with regular karaoke. I totally changed the format (we break every rule in the book or argued here) updated the system and music and hired the best host I ever known. He is like a kid to me and most strangers think we are related. The bars atmosphere and ladies night brings out all ages and for the first time in years I look forward to going to work and if you notice every sunday I am still wired from the the night before.

You spend 50 years growing up!!! Another 10 wondering what the hell you are going to do with all that wisdom.. When you have it all figured out you cant even walk across the street to get a 12 pack of Bud without breathing hard.. But it has been a good ride.. The good lord ashining and no cancer knock on wood I ca do it 20 more years.

And Babs I begged you to come out West and be my partner but you had to fall in love and stay there.

I was sort of wanting to get a reaction to using a collage of pics for a background and slide show for promotion versus words. These pics really describe the place more than I could say in 3 hours.
