Tiggr27 Aka Michael was removed from the site based on his continued harrassment of myself, other moderators and other members.

He would have you believe that he was removed because I could not answer his questions or because he was pointing out errors with the site. That was not the case. He was sending PMs complaining about the moderators and other members without valid merits.

I don't have time for childish games that he likes to play. He was banned a couple years ago for the same behavior. I allowed him to return and for the most part he controlled himself. However, recently he decided to cause trouble and continuously send PMs stating absolutely nothing, just wasting my time.

My time is better spent than having to deal with people like him.

Futher clarification can be provided but suffice it to say he has been removed the site.

I'd just like to commend Phill for his AMAZING display of objectivity and selflessness for allowing this individual even a second chance (given the set of circumstances that were transpiring; They weren't pretty). I have seen VERY few who will ever be as fair as Phill has been in this particular case ! Despite what anyone wishes anybody to believe a few of us KNOW the facts ! Have been in the line of fire. Out've due deference to this individuals friends, and respect for site TOS I will post NO more.

I edited my first post because I accidently posted a PM to administration in the room.. I've been having a heck of a week in real life, and just not that with it these days, OK, well not just "these days" The fries are falling out've the happy meal...

For the life of me, I can't see why there exist people that wish to spread hate on the Internet. This is for our pleasure and enjoyment... A reprieve from life's real hell.

I wish more of our court judges could display the objectivity, selflessness, and willingness to attempt to be fair that Phill displayed giving this individual even a second chance.

Thanks guys - just trying to be fair about things - I appreciate all those that assist me.

I have been going through some really difficult financial times and having problems with the technical ends here hasn't been helping with my stress level - I certainly don't need others causing unneeded pressure or trouble.

So if everyone will just bear with me I'll try to get these few glitches straightened out as quickly as possible.

BTW - if anyone has an extra $40 grand laying around I could certainly use it right now - Hell why stop at that amount! Make it half a mill!

1) I am glad I missed all the drama in my little vacation I apparently was on when this went down

2) it's a shame that someone with such an obvious talent can't just be "nice" and not make waves all the time.

Ron, I figured my 10K post count within a two year period was a tad compulsive. Given my declining memory, my assumption was that if I banned myself, within a short time I'd assume I truly was banned and no longer be able to post in here (the trade-off being it might force me to get a life and do something productive).


Anyway, somewhat tired, spent the past 12 hours glued to the TV watching Hurricane Ike coverage. Not sure which had me more captivated, the storm, or waiting for Geraldo to get swept out into the Gulf and carried off by a rip current (while standing in 120 mph winds with surging water up to his knees right on the coast). I never knew it was possible during 120 mph gusts to be asking the camera man (who happens to be able to hold up an anemometer given such wind force) and boast that you are standing able to measure such a gust (at their age for such a prolonged time-span too).. That just seemed quite absurd...

Now all sorts of 9 year old kids are going to want to be cool like Geraldo, and go outside in hurricanes

(Well, I might try it once myself but nothing wrong with that) <shrug>
