In the song 'I love this bar' by Toby Keith.
What is the meaning of that half-spoken sentence?

You mean the words “I love this bar”?

What words are you speaking of?

But I love this bar
It's my kind of place
Just trollin' around the dance floor
Puts a big smile on my face
No cover charge, come as you are
Hmm, hmm, hmm I love this bar
Hmm, hmm, hmm I love this bar

We got divorcees and a big bouncer man
An old jukebox and a real bad band
We got waitresses and we got barflies
A dumb-ass and a wise-guy
If you get too drunk just sleep out in your car

Reason number 672 why?

Hmm, hmm, hmm I love this bar
Play it on out boys
Beer-thirty's over
Got to take it on home

The line in red. I just don't understand what it means.

When ya get married ya get drunk.
When ya get divorced ya get drunk.
If your team wins ya get drunk
If they lose ya get drunk.

That's 4 He is up to 672 reasons.

It's a sad state of affairs when every song on the jukebox is a story of your life..

Mister, I wrote EVERY song on that jukebox. I swear I did. Well, at least I claim I should have every time one plays.

True Jian, Since I sing that song so poorly I recall the lyrics too.

What Toby Keith is saying is "metaphorically" which is likely tougher for you to understand (since Americans have a saying) "Stretch the truth", or exaggerate to make a point. Now, in this particular case he picked a number that he felt (at the time) not only indicates "there are hundreds of reasons that he likes that bar", byt also a number that lyrically-prose-wise (or poetically) fits into the composition.

So when I blow this song, I really mess up the following lyrics

(but notice how they poetically fit- assuming somebody that can sing does this)

"If you get drunk just sleep out in your car"
"Reason 672 why hmm hmm"
"hm I just love this bar"

To him, it fits into the rythmic composition of the song-
He also does it for compositional effect, part of his "cute" poetry...

Remember, people often say "I can give you 100's of reasons" to get their point across, but literally, there are not hundreds of reasons.

Western 'cliche", "metaphor", is often difficult for other people who aren't familiar with it to understand. It's just exagerrating to say HOW much he likes the bar.

Remember that in this particular song he also uses "slang" terms such as "We've got a damba$$ and a wiseguy" - at the bar.

It's all based on exagerration "hurry it up boys, beer number 30. He wouldn't know that he's had exactly 30 beers as example.. It's just a cute song saying he REALLY likes the place and he uses metaphor.

It is a nice song and I am leaning how to sing. I will never sound 'country' even if I try heard.

Funny thing is that Toby is unknown here and so are most of the well known country singers. Here country is associated with just John Denver, Willie Nelson and Kenny Rogers.

Kenny Rogers, Huh? Try springing "I Just Dropped In To See What Condition My Condition Was In" on them.
