Had Sax & Dottie Fail on me recently...When you open the programme it says the programme is open on the explorer bar at the bottom of your screen...but it wont open up properly.....anyone else had this???( Cured it by re loading the Prog..just wondering what caused it???) |

I had this happen a long time ago on an older version...here is something I saved from their now non-existant forum. "If ShowPresenter starts minimized and won't maximize do the following: right click on ShowPresenter in the task bar, select move and then use arrow keys to bring it back on screen." I think what causes it, if I remember right, is closing the program while it is minimised (right clicking on the taskbar icon and selecting close while the program has been minimised to the taskbar) Maximise the window and then close the program and you should be fine. |
