yes my name is ken, and wondering how do i get my program to work, and the software of how to use it, i would appreiciate it vary much if i could get some assistance with the program, thank truly ken

did you buy a disc or download with programs in it?
Some names might help us with the guessing process.

The best advice is to first turn on your computer and after boot up, double click on the program icon or open the program manually. Then read the manual
