she seems to have done them all really well...we stuck a coverlet thing under her to try and protect our bedding...no such luck...just washing my gold duvet cover now and hoping that its not ruined. I had just put a brand new summer weight duvet on the bed too and its badly stained...glad I got a washable cotton one...ah well small price to pay in my opinion for having the privilege of watching mother nature at work Blessed Be |

why thanke...all 5 are doing well and mummy has finally taken some time out for herself today. She wouldnt leave them yesterday even to go to the loo or get up to have a drink...was starting to get concerned bout the no drink thing...how can she feed 5 kittys if she's dehydrated. Anyway this morning she got up and even though we had placed bowls in the bedroom for her, she came out to the kitchen and devoured another pouch of meat, drank a little and went outside for bout 15 mins. Then she came and lay at my feet for 10 mins before going back to the babies. If ever I needed reminding how amazing mother nature is, then this would do it...I guess the kittens will be ready for Xmas. Oh yeah they were born on my wedding anniversary (no 11, traditionally its the steel anniversary) husband suprised me last night and took me to select a garden swing seat because the framework was steel |

Awww, congrats Vicki. Kittens are so cute. (if only they didn't grow up to be full grown furball hacking, mice gulping cats... ) Quote: on my wedding anniversary (no 11, traditionally its the steel anniversary) husband suprised me last night and took me to select a garden swing seat because the framework was steel
#11 is the steel anniversary? Hell, I didn't know that or I would have asked for a pistol. That would have taken care of my gift and taken care of the hubby as well. March will make 23 years (gawddamn I'm getting old) for us. I think that's past the point of giving gifts. A pat on the back with a "hey, you still here?" should suffice for being married that long:) Post some pics of the little kitties... gray fuzzy ones would be cute. |
