Yes it's what you think they are. And yes they're biting them. And, yes again, they're from New Zealand. It could only be the annual Shepherd's Shemozzle in the small town of Hunterville, where men are men and men eat bulls' testicles. As part of the competition, punters had to bite into the balls and carry them in their mouths for 50m. Once that feat was accomplished they had to scoff some dry weetabix and down a raw egg. In a rare respite they then got to wash the lot down with a can of beer. Unfortunately if the beer was from Hunterville it was probably rubbish. Winner Josh Masters looked on the bright side when asked about the taste of testies. "Best of all, they weren't connected to anything." http://img.metro.co.uk/i/pix/2008/11/te ... 50x300.jpg

They wouldn't even be allowed to run those types of ads here. Some sensitive nancy boy might get his feelings hurt. Bugger! Hmmmm, I can say bugger on here but I can't use the American equivalent. |

cattle are so aware of those that ranchers can just paint white lines across a road and the cows will avoid it as if it were a real one. |

Do you get the general idea of why I am like I am? I am a country girl in a no nonsense country who is used to saying what she thinks in whatever language she feels like. Is it any wonder I offend Americans by the score pmsl Cat...back me up...the men are the same |

In the Texas Panhandle, they are called calf fries! First time I had em, I was told I was invited to a bbq! When I got there, a guy was walking around with a box. People were getting what looked like pieces of chicken out of the box to eat. Hey! I took some for myself. What an awakening when I realized what I had. They were not bad once you ignore what they are! Deep fried, they do taste like chicken! Sure was glad to move back about 300 miles south of the Panhandle! --Mike |

Ugh Mike, I would have rammed my finger down my throat, and then brushed my teeth about ... 50 times. I wasn't raised a city slicker, but good lord, there are some things I just could NOT do.... and mountain oysters is one of them. *patooie* |

Gotta love the dog! Gotta love those Toyota ads! It seems every second ad on TV in the US is either for new vehicles or how you can help Richard to grow, but never as hilariously entertaining as those. Lordair... you should've heard the rallies of protest from the PC brigade when the "bugger ad" came out! Quote: Yes it's what you think they are. And yes they're biting them. And, yes again, they're from New Zealand....

Have you ever seen what the Americans eat on shows like "Fear Factor"? And yes, I mean they actually eat them and not just carry them in their teeth! I think I'd rather devour a raw egg than a raw sheep's eye.... or a SPIDER! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ThZUjXOk ... re=related |

Yeah, I watched Amazing race last night and the teams were in Kazakstan! One of the tasks was to eat a meal of traditional sheep butt soup (made from fat from around the backside of the sheep). The vegan person could not do it, not even for a million bucks. What a wussie. Vegans are such weenies, as they do it more for political reasons than health. "Helping Richard Grow"...could be a new reality show |
