It reminds me of my dad's pink station wagon with the fake wood trim on the sides.
I liked that seat way in the back that folded up and faced out the back window. My brother and I loved making faces at the cars behind us.

I am from those times 49 ford 52 merc... Now we are in absolute hell.. And the pitiful thing is all the youngins think its normal and want to argue about everything with their selfish ego trips. Im glad I lived in those times when things were normal. Now it is total insanity. Now the kids race on their video games because everything on the streets is illegal. The big 3 were not losing money in those days and then greed took over. |

nothing compares to my 1992 Geo Tracker. Competition Blue. 4 cylinder Tape player with the detachable face. Manual windows and locks. 0-60 in........................................................................I had to flip my calendar..................okay, one and a half days. Times haven't changed that much, have they. |

Loved all those lyrics, karyoker. Those first few actually described the cars of the day quite accurately. The original song talks of 12 cylinders because the Lincolns used to have V12, and later iterations of the song reduced it to 8. A "Columbia Butt" is an overdrive unit used in those days. |
