ive been going at TimberLea pretty hard and in the heat of an argument I have said some uncool things about Canada..I just posted something somewhere else on our brothers who have helped us in the Iraq war and I got to thinking that i was way out of line about some of the inferences i drew on Canada. I really didnt mean anything by what I said, but when I think of how the whole world is standing up against terrorism, i feel very ashamed that I would slight our neighbors. Dont get me wrong, I dont think me and TimberLea will be agreeing on anything anytime soon, and I will in my smart (@$%!) way probably take a few more pokes at him, but thats cause i sense he is strong enough to take it. He is as stubborn on his end as I am mine..I dread saying this, but perhaps we are similiar in some ways..thats as close to a hug as your gonna get TimberLea...but i do respect your grit and i certainly respect your country, and just to show no hard feelings, i will post some of my favorite Canadian jokes...
Two Canadians are sitting in a bar, and getting bored. They decide to play 20 questions. The first Canadian tries to think of a word and after a little pondering comes up with the word: moosecock. The second Canadian tries his first question, "Is it something good to eat?" The first guy thinks a moment then laughs and replies "Sure, I suppose you could eat it." The second Canadian says, "Is it a moosecock?
Q: How do you stop Canadian bacon from curling in the frying pan?
A: Take away their brooms!
A Canadian is walking down the street with a case of beer under his arm. His friend Doug stops him and asks, "Hey Bob! Whacha get the case of beer for?" "I got it for my wife, eh." answers Bob. "Oh!" exclaims Doug, "Good trade mate."
One day an Englishman, an American, and a Canadian walked into a pub together. The proceeded to each buy a pint of Molson's Canadian. Just as they were about to enjoy their beverage three flys landed in each of their pints, and were stuck in the head of the beer. The Englishman pushed his beer away from him in disgust. The American fished the offending fly out of his beer and continued drinking it as if nothing had happened. The Canadian too , picked the fly out of his drink, held it out over the beer and then started yelling "SPIT IT OUT, SPIT IT OUT YOU BASTARD!!!!"
and this one is for TimberLea....
A train compartment had 4 people in it: two ladies, and two men. One man was American, and the other was a Canadian. At one point the train suddenly entered a tunnel. In the darkness there was a loud 'SLAP!' When the train emerged everyone noted that the American had a big red hand mark on his face. The first lady thought, 'that damn American must have touched that other lady, and she gave him what he deserved!' The second lady thought, 'that damn American must have touched that other lady, and she gave him what he deserved!' The American thought, 'that damn Canadian must have touched one of the ladies, and when she gave him what he deserved, she hit me by mistake!' The Canadian thought, 'I hope we go under another bridge so I can slap the American again!'
cheers my Canadian brothers !!

Dumbdrums, anytime you're my way I'll buy you a real beer. . I never get upset about a debate and I've had more characters in my face (from drill DIs, to drunks, to pickets, etc) as my time as a Military Policeman that it flows off like water over a duck's back.
I hope everyone has national pride, no matter where they hail from and those in not so good countries the pride to try and change things.
You and I, like our nations ,are not the same but friends (more like brothers really) that sometime disagree and sometimes heatly so. But always (I hope) friends and brothers. After who fights better than brothers (sisters I suppose [ducking]) Ask Knightshow about some of our debates. And hell the beer (Canadian, of course, ) after the debate tastes so much better.
So Dumbdrums all is good.
And if I said something offensive to you personally, then that's my bad and my apologies to you.

Dutch, German, and English brews are great. As for the trivia answer, after a 2-4 (24 case), it really doesn't matter. . Unless it's Bud Light and you remember everything.

Micky I was beginning to think you had taste. Keith's? Yuck. Yes it's made herebut it's just another factory ale. The microbreweries have spoiled me.
Babs, the only thing this male wants to bond with is a hot female. (Ducks)
