Now I have a karaoke machine (Arirang from South Korea) which can also play many disc types (DVD, CD, JPEG, DIVX). It has two mic ports.

I want to buy a new home cinema system, and at the same time keep my karaoke machine. In this case, my family can sing, with the sound coming out better thanks to the new speakers of the home cinema system.

Could you pls tell me how I can connect my karaoke to the new home cinema system?

At present, my microphones are connected to the amplifier (which I will give away once I buy the new home cinema). But when I tried to plug the microphone to my karaoke's mic port, then the mic has no sound. So I don't know if it will work once I buy the new home cinema system.

you can do it, but I don't recommend it. Live vocals will KILL speakers that aren't originally buiilt for it either right away or over time!

Don't do it unless you like spending money for more speakers.
You will void your warranty.

Agree you'd be better off getting a small PA or even an all in 1 system dedicated to karaoke. You don't really want to run live vocals through a system that isn't made for it.
