Select data - sort & then sort the column a-z.

One thing to remember when you sort is NOT to have a single column highlighted... otherwise you'll only sort that one column.
I ALWAYS highlight the entire excell table, select sort, and sometimes have to select "no title", and then sort by the columns you want.

you may have to manually copy and paste them in excell... a few tables at a time.

There is an awesome program called Music Book Deluxe. It is like $100 but WELL WORTH the money. You can sort by artist or song and then print them out for your books. If you keep the subscription up to date all you have to do is put in the name of the cdg and it will automatically put the songs on the list. If you don't keep the subscription up then you have to enter them in the data base maually but it is still worth the money. You can buy it online by going to www.musicbookdeluxe.com.
Hope this helps

Similar to Music Book Deluxe, but with many more features, a larger disc database, and about the same price is KJ Pro. Will, with a click, print by artist, song title, or disc. It will also print a catalogue of your discs by number for inventory purposes.
A lot of fonts and styles. and the largest and most accurate disc database around ( though NONE are perfectly accurate). You can also, with a click, import from excel, delete duplicate discs, filter by title, artist, or disc#.
You can do unlimited custom songbooks for friends, leaving your songbook untouched.
Whole discs can be entered by typing in a disc number, or you can enter song by song. Many, many other features as well. This is the preferred program for most of the Karaoke Hosts that I know.
