okay, let's back up a step...
what EXACTLY are you trying to do?
Build your own karaoke disc with extracted tracks from other discs, downloaded files...
there are a few karaoke software options to make your own physical burned discs, such as Nero, CDRWin, Powerkaraoke, etc...
