I have noticed when I play a MP3+G on my PC the back ground graphic and the word to the song appear to be perfect, but when I burn the song to CDG format on a CD and play in my CDG player some of the graphics and words to the song appear to be deteriorated. Can anyone please offer a suggestion to what my problem may be.

Which software are you using to burn and what's the brand of your burner?

Not an official cdg burner but you should be able to if you could extract without broken letters  Can you slow down the speed when burning? My drive which is not a cdg drive will burn at 4-8X without problems using Nero. Let's see what others have to say...

What speed are you burning at? I burn at 1x or 4x with the same drive and software as you do, and have no problem at all with graphic defects.

I do very occasionally have some hosts claim they can't play my disks, but wonder if some of those might be diplomatically trying to avoid doing so.

Yeah, I have been burning my cdg and cd at a pretty high speed, I know for a fact that I've been burning at least over x4. I will lower it and see what happens then. Thanks for the advice, I will burn a CDG tonight and keep all of you posted.

I always use x4, no matter how good my hardware/system is...

I always try to burn my discs at 1X but my Yamaha drive seems to be dying a slow death so I've been using a Plextor drive and it's slowest speed is 4X. So far so good.

I used too with Audiograbber but I'm getting same results at 8x, so I'm saving time
