In this case, I would contact Invicion directly. You're better off that route.

Here's a link to their support form:

Contact their support but you might also try to get the latest Microsoft .Net framework installed and see if that squares things away. I don't know what they use for Compuhost but the tools we write in the office rely heavily on the framework to have installed resources. Do you still have IE installed on the system? Removal of default installed programs might also cause this type of error.

For windows XPSP1 and lower: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/deta ... laylang=en

Windows XP SP2 & Vista: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/deta ... laylang=en

Hope this helps.

I know for a fact that Compuhost does NOT use the .net framework! It sounds like an issue that was reported on their forums. In tha case it wound up being a "registery protector" or similar app (several virus protectors install such things without your knowledge) that inhibits Compuhost from properly registering itself. I beleive that user fixed their problem by disabling any such app and reinstalling CH.

Good luck,
tbreen
