For some reason, I never read about this device on this board  As anyone ever tested it and if yes, what do you think?

I know that some KJ are using it and that the singers love how they sound, they all (almost) sound good

I am very intrigued by these, and wonder the same thing.

Wish I could borrow one from somebody for a test drive first!

Oh, I know it works, I've seen comments about KJ's using it, but not on this site
Listen to their example on the site, it's amazing  It's no secret that all pro artist are using this type of device for live and studio performance, so why not us in the karaoke world

I had a host use it on me once. I could tell something was wrong, and felt extremely uncomfortable singing. I went and asked him what was going on, and he said I was the first to notice. He had auto-tune running live, without a monitor feed! I told him to turn it off for me, and later he decided to turn it off for everyone.

The same results results can be achieved by using the ear, the brain, and the vocal cords..... ...seriously, I like some echo and delay, but having a computer chip correct my lack of pitch perception, would make me feel like a cheater as a singer. Now as a KJ for others......I'm not sure if I'd want to use it.......interesting though. I kj with a computer, but I'm still an analog sort of guy.
