I found a TV tuner that looks like it has the same ports as an RF modulator AND it has a TV tuner so when I'm not using it I can watch TV on my laptop.

I don't think that has any output you can hook to a laptop. There is a picture of a laptop in their *logo*, but that is it.

Also, I had trouble reading the English to figure out what it did. But I am pretty sure it will not hook to a laptop. Only from the box to an external monitor.

An rf modulator converts a/v signal to coax. Older tvs didn't have an av input, so you used a modulator or you could actually use a vcr to get this result. I think this thing enables you to feed a tv signal into a computer, but not a computer signal out to a tv......something like that.... :?....what ya trying to do?.... :)

I was hoping to combine the capabilities of an RF modulator so I could connect my laptop to the house TVs when I host at a bar or restaurant AND a built in TV tuner so when I'm not hosting I could watch TV on the laptop.

If there is a coaxial cable input and output, S-video, composite, RCA audio jacks and a built in TV tuner, then I thought it could do what I want.

I posted hoping someone would have one of these or know about them and if there is something like what I'm describing.
