Helllllooooo Everyone! I just wanted to take a quick moment to inttroduce my self.....OK
My name is Deana and I am addicted to karaoke. Some days I sing ok, others I just can't hit notes i was able to the day before, so bear with me on my recordings!!! I ran karaoke for almost 10 years with my sisters as the Karaoke Chicks NJ, then for 3 years in FL, my motto is "I'm Not a Hard Act to Follow" anyhowser...
I took off a year after moving from Palm Coast FL, to Naples Florida... and after meeting some wonderful people here, and talking shop, I pulled the equipment out of the garage dusted it off, and started up all over again. I seriously did'nt realize what a large part of my life Karaoke was....I was soo depressed, my son growing up and moving out played a part in it, but since powering on that amplifier and plugging in my mics, I feel alive again! I honestly believe music soothes the soul now!!!
I feel great! Alive and Loving Life!!!!!
Keep singing! and Always sing like nobody's listening!!!!!

I hear what you mean about the depression. Funny thing was, karaoke SAVED me from my bout of it... sheesh, 15 years or so later, and here I is!

It's amazing what music can do for someone's well being isn't it...I blamed depression on everything....and now I know exactly what brought it all on!!!! LACKAROKE .

Once I was so depressed, I tried to commit suicide by downing a large bottle of aspirin.........but after the first two......I felt much better.....that would be from ol' Rodney D...... ......welcome deana
