Will this insert cable work to hook up my dbx 266xl to the A&H 12 ZED?http://www.sweetwater.com/store/closeup/IPTBQXFXM5--Main

I take it 1 XLR end goes into the input on the channel and the other goes to output XLR on same channel then the 1/4 male tip goes to the mixer,then the mic plugs into mixer on same channel the insert cable is on?

For 2 mics i would need 2 cables,1 for each channel yes?
