Post subject:  Chartbusters sending wrong orders
For the last two month chartbusters has sent me the wrong disc. Im on the auto releases shipment but this is the 2nd month its happened and its beginning to tick me off...just wonder has anyone else had this problem???

oh well SC has really fallen by the waste side I really dont think they will ever bounce back...if we as KJ really want to keep our singers up to date with new stuff I guess we will have to go elsewhere

Gemini? After you call them on the phone and point out the issue to them, do they send you the proper discs? Do you open the wrong discs and load them onto your PC before sending them back? If you do, look at it as a freebie. ;c)

I understand that you want to get the new discs ASAP, but what is another few days? I can't believe that if Chartbuster makes an error in shipping you the wrong discs, they will force you to keep them and pay for them.

no they tell me to keep the disc and they will send me the right one..its just this is the second month this has happen and it just wants make me scream..LOL

Anybody remember when CB started out they would give a free disc of your choice in their catalog to you just to try them out? Wouldn't worry about a mistake here & there, it's bound to happen.

Hey look at it this way you got two free discs and they are legal. If they keep this up you could get 12 free discs and only have to wait a little while to get the right ones. Hmmm maybe I'll start ordering from them too.

Just received my may discs plus a free one..wow..and they got it right this time..I also contacted them about Lady Gaga,,and the song poker face will be out on the June Pop..yea!
