Has anyone ordered from karaokebrokers.com? I ordered a Dangerous CDG (#2) over a month ago. Got a confirming email that stated I'd get a UPS tracking number. Never did. They won't return my calls or reply to my email inquiries now. Has anyone had any experience with them? Have never had a problem with other suppliers. Have tried to be patient, but this one has really started to get me aggrevated.

Yeah they actually "called" me (or one of their reps did) asking for my business. I basically told them what they sell I can get cheaper. Then they started getting irate so I hung up!

Marty:

Keep your requets for status and dispute the charge with your credit card company. Hopefully, you did not use a check card. You cannot dispute check cards charges as you would a credit card.

Good Luck

Never dealt with them, but I'd follow the above and notify the credit card company asap with the dispute.

Thanks guys - it was a credit card order so maybe I can recoup. I do most of my purchasing online and have never had a problem, knock knock. I thought this was a reputable company. The disc is out of print apparently as my regular suppliers either didn't carry these or said they couldn't get it that particular one. This place had it advertised and it looked like a straight-forward sale. Oh well. Live and learn I guess. Someone wanted a Frank Zappa tune (Dirty Love) and this one had it - very little to choose from for him surprisingly.

Marty,
I'm sorry to hear about your problem.. that is one reason I'm really careful about who I deal with and another why I don't buy off of E-bay.
I hope you do get a swift resolution, and let me know who the company is and where they are located when you get that Info. So I don't make the same error or any of my networking KJ's don't either.

Thanks

That Dangerous disc has been recycled unto another co. Its out there because I just saw one. All Hits and SGB are all using Dangerous and other nock offs to repackage themselves. I really enjoy the first 4 Dangerous discs. All that early Van Halen and Bad Co. ya just cant go wrong.

Marty, I had a similar delay when I purchased the Dangerous set through another seller. The delay was beyond acceptable limits, Then I recieved an email of appology and got my set in a few days.

Without malice, Was this company based in cleveland?

Sorry to hear about the problem with your order, but I've done business with them regularly with no problems (Top Hits Monthly MP3+G discs). Keep trying to get in touch with them, I'm sure that they can fix things up for you.

I ordered a Pioneer CDG from them, and got it in record time. This was back in August.
