Hi Aliensong Nope, I don't know Shenzhen.  I'm not even sure that I have the correct pronunciation.  They don't let me out of Tennessee much.

I think he was joking about not being let out of Tennessee unless he is on parole. Being on parole is when you are not allowed to leave your state without permission because of past criminal activity. If he is on parole, then "they" = parole officer (local government). |

They = obligations and responsibilities. Almost the same as being on parole.
