As many of you know I am a full-time Real Estate Agent in Maryland.

In my business, I often run into FSBOs (For Sale By Owner) - Which I understand their reasoning they wish to save money (although they often don't!) - But I digress - Maryland law requires that the seller disclose any potential problem that effects or affects the property and it's value. This is know as Full Disclosure.

My broker - just sent me the image below - I believe this is a bit more than what is required by Law!

LOVE IT!!! This is the information that people need to make an informed decision. Hopefully the person that buys this property is a bigger a$$hole than the neighbor.

Many stuctural problems can be fixed. Having a neighbor that is impossible is a pretty nasty problem. Personally I believe this should be among the compulsory aspects listed.. Naturally I don't have to worry about that type thing however, my neighbors all moved and for some reason few that move near me stay for long !
