Post subject:  Mothers Day 2009

There a song by Chris Christian titled " LOVE THEM WHILE WE CAN" that really pulls at my heart . In June 7th 2001 at 10 or alittle after I walk into my mothers room at the nusing home for the last time. She had passed away about 30 min before I got there and my life has never been the same..there has been and always be a hole that can never be replaced. I guess the reason I start this topic was because my mother was always right there at most every concert I did and always wanted me to sing to her. So I say to those of you out there whose mothers are still alive..CHERISH your time with them because when they are gone... life is never the same.
Happy Mother Day......Gemini Karaoke

Our mothers passed within a year of each other. Mine passed away September 11, 2000. The void is still there.

Our mom is over 90 and we almost lost her again. But here it is Mother's day and she is frisky again with walker. Love them while they are still here..

We have been in a drought and it rained all night and here are a few photos. One of my beliefs are when it rains it is a cleansing of the spirit and in the spring promises many blooms.

I love the old ford 8N, or is that a 9N? And the Fiero. I learned to drive with an old tractor like that.

LOL I think its a 9 N Theres another in back of the Fiero. We had all kinds of old tractors incuding a lil cat. My left knee is still screwed up from working that clutch...LOL

Ive done a lot of work with one of these.

A couple of winters ago I cleared the lane with about 2 feet of snow on it.

My preference for a small tractor now is the Kubota but they are not cheap, you have to be working them to justify buying em..
