I was disappointed by her last disc release. I realise her style is dark, but it was to dark for me. I suppose they'd say she was selling out if she was more comercial.

I got all the first album tracks (including full band version of My Immortal) on karaoke which get done fairly steady & like 3 or 4 off the 2nd (studio) album that rarley get done at all.

"My Immortal" "Bring Me To Life" and "Call Me When You're Sober" is pretty much it for my room. We'll see what happens with any new stuff. But I won't get it out of hand. Just because old Evanescence is done regularly doesn't mean anything.

Those are the only 3 I've had done at my show. I used to sing them too, but I'm bored with them now.

Ditto Babs. Once in a while I'll bring out My Immortal for folks who may never have heard it before but the average karaoke singer/listener is probably bored with them as well. Probably some of the most difficult to sing as well if you sing them like Amy Lee so the average singer just doesn't even try it. We get to hear the Seether/Amy Lee duet often at one of our venues and they do it very well.

You must be talking about the song "Broken". I have one of my regulars bugging me to learn it, so I can sing it with him. I'm a bit hung up on her harmony. She is hard enough to sing without adding harmony parts. Geez

My Immortal - I love singing that one, but it tends to be a buzz killer. Such a sad sounding slow song. I keep thinking this poor girl must have some serious depression problems. LMAO

Find the full band version, it will wake people up after the bridge of the song. PHM made it for sure, I know there was one other version as well.

Tourniquet, Hello, Bring Me To Life, Everybody's Fool, Going Under, Imaginary, My Last Breath are done a ton here. Call Me When Your Sober, Lithium & Good Enough are really an occasion - in that order.

I'm afraid Evanescence has been ruined for me by one particular individual who sings it at my bar. High and whiny - SUCH an attractive style. I hate when people do that to me.

"Hello" is one of their songs that I just adore. I even sang it myself on a cd project after seeing her playing it at home on a video.

I have that THM version of Broken, and they did a great job on it!
