A local karaoke legend does his own take on "Turning Japanese" by the Vapors. Trust me, it's just not the same if this guy doesn't show up. Is that Mike Schaffer? If he's the guy I'm thinking of, he lives in Springfield, MO and has been to my show... Was that video done in 2007? edit... Yep, I googled "Karaoke with Ross" and see that he has shows all over Springfield. Gosh, I need to get out more!

This is a song he gets silly on. He actually when being serious can carry a tune better than a lot of the other singers. The wife and I like Mike. We're always disappointed if he doesn't show. |

How's the South National one going? Are we missing anything? I'd have to figure out how to sing it like Bon Scott would... The new guy is a screamer of epic proportions and it wouldn't work out if I tried to sound like him.
