Post subject:  Using PDF Printers

Danny mentioned Prinopdf in another thread I have been using something similar for ECAD. It is called PDF Creator and is the most awesome freebie I have seen for awhile. They install an Eprinter and will print any thing to a PDF file.

There are different types of PDF's Vector and image. Vector produces the best quality or resolution. There is also a PDF A. Look at the following PDF file. Zoom in on the photo inset and notice the clarity. I took this with the camcorder not the macro camera or it would be better yet. This file is only 169KB.

Very nice program. However, if you get a Mac, it's already built in to the OS. Just bring up print window, at the bottom is PDF button. Hit that button it gives you an option to print to a PDF file. It's been there for about 4-5 years.
