Karaoke contest at - Nauty's Sports bar, 1300 W Sherman Blvd, Muskegon, Michigan 49441. Contest starts April 5th 2004 and runs every monday in April. Finals to be held last week of April. CASH prizes for the pre-lim qualifiers as well as the top 4 finishers in the finals. Karaoke every wednesday as well, (Gives you a day to come practice). Over 9000 songs to choose from or bring your own disk. Scoring done by 4 seperate - independent judges on a point system. Total points per singer from each judge totalled, highest score wins. Singers judged on/by: - Voice quality - Stage presence - How well they follow the music - How well they entertain the audience - Song selection (how well the song fits their voice and vocal range/abilities) Contestant entries allowed warm up songs before the contest starts so get ther early.
