I am new to this website but i want to give some suggestion regarding this website like no introduction place and no suggestion place regarding the website that's why i have started one here...

They created the intro forum for a couple reasons. One of which is to prevent spammers from infiltrating the site. It has helped to keep a lot of the garbage out of the forums here. The inconvenience is small compared to the amount of spam the site would have otherwise. :D Welcome aboard !
