Actually I'm not.. Honest!!! I am excited though about getting my system going again. We are thinking about doing non alcohol venues and concentrating on private parties. From the hoopla south west from us again it looks like private parties are going to pick up.

Jam here is an idea we are considering. Putting a raffle in these party supply places for private parties at a dollar a ticket. My concern is selling enough to get ample pay. Ideas??

How about stipulating up-front a minimum number of tickets must be sold; that number being the dollar figure you're willing to work for.

Same thoughts I am having. I offer different packages depending upon number of guests and occasion on an hourly basis. We could have a $200 jar a $400 jar etc. That way they could actually see the progress and would tend to buy when it is almost at the required level. A lot of the parties I do they want another hour and somehow seem to come up with the money. We are getting some positive reactions to this idea.
