One of the things I use now is a Walmart prepaid Visa card. If I get cash at gigs I put it on the card.
Another thing I learned was Kinkos online services. The html page I put on Craigs list I printed out in a PDF Then went online ordered 20 posters and uploaded the PDF file. My account has my Walmart Visa card number and preferred Kinko location. I just go down they are prepaid and ready for pickup.
Just a couple of things some here already know but they are a couple of my tricks..

I did the same thing with some new books I just hand printed. In the past I would have to print out the book and take it to Staples and have them copy and bind the book. NOW
I just submitted the job online with a pdf files of my books ( even added a cover page ) Had them bound with front and back covers --it was SOO easy .
But I admit I was nervous until I saw the finished product
