Can anyone tell me anything about this manu? What is the quality like? Are they just another brand that's packaged as something else?
Is there anywhere I can go to view a sample?
Thanks!

Their ebay listing shows pictures of Backstage covers.

I have the set - (26 discs I think?)...I got it to fill in a second system. Quality of the music is not the best...a lot of highs, just like SGB. It does have songs that other sets don't have, though. I wouldn't spend very much on it.

Thanks, Karen. That's really helpful. I'm buying to fill in a second system as well. What's the most you would pay for it?

My first set. Some of the song versions are actually pretty good. For the price, it's a good deal.

Idol Makers is a repackaged SGB. I have both sets and all but a couple of the songs are on SGB 1-68, complete with the same errors. The few that aren't can be found in the SGB toolbox sets.

You can sometimes get the IM set on ebay for less than $30 US (I got mine for $28 and that's counting the $7 for shipping). If you were to spend much more than that you would probably do just as well to get the original SGB set.

I bought it years ago -- probably 5 years ago -- I think I paid $30 for it.
