"You agree to use the Products only for personal, noncommercial use, and you acknowledge that the Product may not be used, sold, rented, transferred, licensed or otherwise provided to any other user; " Now it doesn't mention damages or anything but since Stingray is basically the digital arm of Sound Choice would they come after me for using a Karaoke Channel download instead of a SC Custom Burn ($1.49 a song vs $4.60 a song when you buy ten).
