So on the 21st of Sept I am going to see Journey for my 25th birthday. Has anyone seen them lately with this newer singer? From what I've read it's just Journey and they perform for 2.5 hours. Tickets weren't that cheap (although a buddy bought them) so I really hope it's worth it!

I heard a few songs by the new singer and he sounds EXACTLY like Steve Perry. I mean, I close my eyes and I couldn't tell the difference. I think you will enjoy the show.

We saw Journey this past year with Arnel, and they have returned to their old form. Arnel isn't as soulful as SP was, but he's a wonderul vocalist. There live show as a TON of energy!~! We loved it!~!

SP hasn't been with JOurney since 1998 when Augeri took over. Then there was Jeff Soto and now Arnel. Jeff was only a fill in when Augeri got sick.
