Hello there. I am new to this forum and do not know exactly how to use it. I need advise on a karaoke video maker. Can you suggest someone who may be able to help?

There are a lot of software developers on this site so you have come to the right place. If you could explain what type of video you would like to make it would help. The standard type is called CDG (compact disk + graphics). Other formats will allow you to put pictures or movies behind the words. What kind are you after?

Searched through the archives up to page five. . . then my head started to hurt, so i thought I'd join this thread.

I've been contacted by a teacher, who leading her students on project to make karaoke discs. At the moment they are using power point to create the graphics. Is this the best way in going about it?

The students do have a choice of formats, I suspect most would pick a cd+g. But was wondering if someone could chuck some advice my way to make this a little easier for them. Especially since they have to create three.

so proud of the the thought that went into the legalities of this when the exam board came up with the idea but thats another discussion for another day.
