Okay I'm cluesless In the black box on the left hand of our screens under member area it says "You have 1 new IM". I clicked on it and it is something to do with Prillian? What is this? |

Did some research It's an IM using Prillian, but when I click "the new message icon" the page refreshes and there is no message. I've never used Prillian before, so I'm sorry if someone sent me a message and I am just to blonde to figure it out. |

Babs- That confused the heck out of me the first time too..... thought I didn't have any message. The little section at the top (light blue, looks like a heading only, but has a scrollbar) , you have to scroll - or expand that section- to click "message log", then it will pull up a new window showing any messages you have. ("launch prillian" should open a new window for you) |

You know I got that far last night and it showed no messages. Today it shows I have 2 messages, so I went in again like you said. Yours is there and I clicked on subject and it won't open. The funny thing is that is the only message showing. Where's the other one? Not to mention I can't open yours. Aaaarg! |

I got it Blue ! I get an error message when I try to send an IM though. |
