Anyone tried the new lightweight Carvin Powered Mixers XP800L, XP1000L?

Post subject:  Anyone tried the new lightweight Carvin Powered Mixers XP800L, XP1000L?
Hello, I know that many on the forum have complimented Carvin equipment for it's value, true specs, and durability. I am thinking about adding another lightweight system to my toolbox, something that could handle mid-sized venues, possibly even outdoors, and I was intrigued by these new Carvin lightweight powered mixers. I thought if I teamed one of these up with lightweight cabs and monitors, it would be easy for even my wife to handle.

The XP800L houses 2x 250 watt amps (only 10 lbs total!), while the XP1000l houses 3x400 watt amps (only 15 lbs total!). Does anyone here have any experience with these powered mixers?

I haven't had any experience with those particular models, but my older RX1200 is my go-to rig for mobile use. I like all of their pro audio products.

I have seen one in action and twiddled its knobs a bit. It seems to sound OK and have enough power for a medium-sized venue. I'm not crazy about the knob layout, though. The main volume control and other go-to settings don't stand out at all.

Personally I would rather have two 600/300 watt amps than 3 400/200 ones. Or two 500/250 and one 200/100.

Does it have a built-in crossover so you could use the 3-amp model for tops, subs, and floor monitors? That would sure be convenient and portable for small jobs!

EDIT: Meh, I looked it up on The Google and it does not have that capability. Booo!
