Over the past 8 years I have had 12 couples pop the question on my stages. I recently had another couple do this. Pictures are on my photo links on my web site for the March Online Album. Some of the couples have children, some have divorced and a one didn't make it to the alter.
My question, how many others have experienced this at their shows? I have had many a couple meet at my shows as many of us have, but how many pop the question. . .

I've had only the one that I know of. It was about 6 months ago or so. I'm not sure why people do that. Personally for me, I'd think it was more a private matter that I'd rather address maybe following a romantic evening out for dinner etc. But I guess some people feel different.

I've had several (about 10) throughout the years. half of them are still married.

We've only had one, but it was a dozie.
The wedding was held on the back patio of the Bar. I was the best man. Margie wrote and performed a song for their wedding entitled "Into The Dawn".
The funniest thing was the cocktail waitress serving drinks during the ceremony.
Now how is that for customer service, Brian? Lol

Well I met my wife while singing karaoke. It's a large part of our lives. We just sang in our 8th aniversary. We had karaoke at our reception. We host a picnic every year that has karaoke. Which gets bigger every year. So it's worked for us, and others we know. On our honeymoon we looked for a place to sing...  _________________

I proposed singing karaoke
I'm still married and doing karaoke
My 30th birthday is coming up.....there had better be karaoke and alcohol i might add

I've never had anyone propose at the bar that I frequent. And I've been going there approx. 3 or 4 years.
