Hi Folks

I know this is slightly OT but applicable to karaoke gigs in a roundabout way.

I`m looking for some decent FREE Receipt templates for Either Excel or Word.
Ideally full page to 1 receipt.

I have done a couple of searches but keep ending up at commercial sites trying to sell items. Just wondering if anyone has any decent templates they are willing to share or can point me to a good site?

Cheers

Paul

I use quickbooks simple start to deal with that. It has the forms and all the info can be on the receipt itself before you present it to the customer for signature.

OpenOffice has a zillion of them.

Here is one translated to XLS:

The ones that Lonman linked to are the ones I use. They're three to a page so not quite what you asked for but they work out pretty well. I have one venue that wants a receipt for every show.

I also used those for private parties.

Hi Folks

Thanks for replies and good info.

The Converted template from mckyj57 looks good will also check out other open office stuff.

My son needs the receipt as he did gig at a nursing home (acoustic set and old time sing along) and scribbled out a hand written receipt for his payment - however they telephoned to say they require a Invoice and receipt to tie up there accounts so I thought if I set something up on computer its there for future use.

Thanks again

Paul

Depending on the version of MS-Excel you have, you may already have a modifiable billing statement or invoice as part of your template library. I used the invoice and entered "Paid In Ful" in the Due Date block.

Edit: I'd attach one that I modified but aparantly KS won't accept .xls files as attachments.

At the risk of hijacking this thread, do you do contracts for your private parties? I ask because I do and usually let that stand as the receipt. Technically I suppose if they wanted proof that they paid the contract a receipt would be needed, but I haven't had anyone ask. Just curious.

I use them for private parties only with a 25% non-refundable down.
