I just recieved an email from a karaoke company who informed me that the request I had made are currently in production..anyone interested in knowing ???.....and by the way its not a musical

I guess I thought there would be more people excited about getting there request taking and maybe having them done.....with all of the requests Ive seen for SC..why dont you try Sunfly and maybe they will get done..at least they are trying and listening

I've gotten similar e-mail from SBI Karaoke. SBI & Sunfly both have great websites and top-notch customer service, and seem to be making a great effort to produce karaoke for the songs people ask them for. Sunfly's whole "Most Wanted" series is (I believe) songs customers have asked for.

Now, how much behind did you have to kiss to get your requests?? (Just kidding, man) I've submitted songs over the last 2 years to CB and SF, and never had ONE request produced. And I don't think my songs are all that obscure....

If you could help a guy out, I NEED to have 2 songs done ASAP. Ok, need is a strong word....I'd LIKE to have them done

I didnt kiss anything.....I just kept acsking and making request.....who knows they might have done it just to get me to shut up......I just really think that they are really focusing on request as of late..also to be honset I have had some of my request turn down by them as well...maybe I just asked at the right time...who knows...
I do hope more KJs request stuff from SF .....you never know what they might put out next!!!!

SBI requires that you be logged in before you cam leave a request, so I'd imagine they note if the request is coming from someone who buys a lot from them or not.

I'd like to see more deeper tracks from Matchbox 20 too!

Wth you constantly updating, and being in touch with the mfgs, do you know ( or anyone out there ) if CB is coming out with "Hillbilly Bone" by Blake Shelton & Trace Adkins? I can't find anything on their web site past November. I even tried on the site via custom discs. I remember reading here that CB has delayed putting out disc info. I did see it out there by someone else, but I was just looking to put it on my next custom with CB. Which will be in the very near future, but I'm waiting on this song I hope.

Just to let you know I contact THM,CB,SC, Stage Stars,Sunfly, Karaoke .com and others once a week just to keep in the loop of whats going on instead of just sitting around and wait...I would like to encourage all KJs to do the same

You may have seen this already, but it looks like your wish for songs from Grease 2 will be granted. I was on the Zoom website yesterday and they show that music from the show is in the works, but will be released as downloads only.

Wonder if they had enough interest shown to release some, but not enough to warrant a whole disc.

I thought you probably had, but figured it wouldn't hurt to mention it. While I haven't had any requests for anything from Grease 2, I have had a number of people ask about 'Hedwig and the Angry Itch'. Seems to be a minor cult classic aka 'Rocky Horror', at least in my area. Have you heard if anyone would be doing anything with it?

Hillbilly Bone is on the January 2009 Pop Hits Monthly Nashville disc.

Sound Choice came out with a Rocky Horror Karaoke disc some years back
