Check out the digital edition of karaoke scene - all the shows down there seem to be in that publication. It's great! (don't remember seeing anything in Anaheim but probably is) |

Manny Pacheco at either The Starting Gate in Los Alamitos or MR. B's both just off Katella Ave straight down from Disney. Tell him Swingcat in Portland sent you. I've been to both of his gigs before and they were the easiest to find from Disney. Call ahead to find out which evenings he's at which place. Also he has his ad in the ON-LINE version of KS Mag--so go look there. Manny was the co-host for all the THAT's KARAOKE EPISODES with Peter Parker here on KS. He' also was an LA Area radio personality on some major AM radio stations for many years. Just get a Taxi cab from Disney unless you have your own car. |

Thanks, guys! I'm staying at the Super 8 convention center on Katella, so anything really close to that would be ideal. I much prefer to go to a recommended show rather than one "blind". |

I live in Orange County fairly close to Disneyland. To let you know, Manny's Starting Gate show is 20 minutes away from Disneyland. Mr B's is 20min to 30mins away also. I'm sure Rodney can come up with something that is closer. Or visit Yelp.com and type in Anaheim and Karaoke for karaoke bars in that Disneyland area. Orange County locals like us can answer any questions you might have. Kevin |

Thanks. Yes, Something a little closer would be good as I probably won't have much time to be away from the fam. I could probably sneak away for an hour or so, but too much longer than that would be out of the question, and with travel times of 30 minutes one way, that would definitely preclude me from going. We will be there on Mar 3 and will be leaving on the 10th. |
