what actually is considered a proper question for forum and how does that relate to points to ones account? example i would like to be able to acquire a avatar next to my comment, but have not followed some protacol..so tell me if there is any one that can explain this to this computer dummy i would appreciate it... ops

I believe you need 10 posts here in the forums for your avatar to show. That's what it used to be anyhow. Post a few more and you should be good to go:)
