Architechural Acoustics (PEAVEY) AAM 802 Mixer???

Anyone ever heard of this mixer, or this sub company of Peavey? This is 2001 model-year mixer, but had an original MSRP of $1629.00, and there is a guy selling one on my local Craigslist for $150.00.

From what I've read, it is a commercial install mixer. At $1600, I'm thinking it must be a sonic upgrade from my Yamaha MG16/6FX. Anyone have any experience with this one, or know how to read mixer specs? Here's the spec sheet:
