I am looking for Love Reign O'er Me by The Who. I see it is on SCG8961 and I found that disc in stock on karaoke.com. The preview sounds okay but I was wondering if anyone knows of a long version like the 5:48 one on The Who's Quadrophenia album.

I have a regular singer who is going to be very excited when I get this song but I would like to buy both the "long version" and a good "short" one like on SCG8961.

I have a guy that does that one on occasion, seems like it was the full version. I don't remember it missing any parts.

I was quite disaapointed that the SC ver is the short one. What a great song !!!

99% of the time they get it right tho.

I'm sure some singers prefer the "short version." The one on Quadrophenia has a great instrumental intro that is 1:02 long and very little singing during the last 2 minutes of the song as well. This kind of track is usually not what karaoke singers want, but you never know. Plus it's a great song. :)

As far as I can tell, the SC version is the only one ever made.

Yeah, the SC version is the only one I know of being made. It's short and stinks.
