By looking at the picture you get a choice of 3 versions of a Sound Choice logo too

Is it still Trademark Infringement if it isn't the correct logo?!?

""I can tell you this that they are legal from Sound Choice headquarters in Australia. I bought a few sets from a working KJ as I am a working KJ as well. I have the invoices that came with them that shows the copyright and bylaws and serial numbers and information about this series of sound choice super cdg's. I was told by my KJ friend to keep at least one copy of the invoice/paper work with me when I do my shows. As I understand about the sound choice crack down. These are used discs I may have played them once or twice to make sure they all worked. Apparently Sound Choice Australia has different products like the SCDG series available in that country. My friend brought back quite a few on his last trip there last year. So until sound choice makes a statement about there oversees products every thing is legal and I am just selling you some of the used ones I had. I will include the legal paper work that came with them with any discs you buy. That's not a problem-I insist you keep a copy with you at your shows too.""

I would be extremely careful about that. On another forum SC has "outed" people who have given them information on pirates. In other words, they posted about someone who "helped" them, and listed the shows he turned in.

I don't know about where you are, but in NJ that could have a negative effect on one's personal safety.

There are a BUNCH of pirates in my area, but I have no I can TRUST to report them to.

I notice that no-one has made any bids, and considering that many out of print SC discs are bid up pretty high in a couple of days the "Pirates" out there are not willing to spend very much money at all, the hard drives are a much better deal.


On the other hand most legit KJs can spot such obvious fakes.

ARrrrgggggg...I'm well acquainted with Captain Feathersword. Great, now I have to face this day knowng I am as messed up as the reverberator....damit!

Unfortunately I too knew who Captain Feathersword is, but I wouldn't publicly go on record as saying I'm well acquainted with...
