I'd just gotten my new S115V yamaha speakers and there are 2 Speakon in the back. Which one do i use to plug into my AMP? The left or the right?

Thanks

Either one --I believe they are just parralle hook up for daisy chaining speakers together?

Connections on these loudspeakers are dual Neutrik Speakon® ¼ jacks for the highest possible strength and current capacity. Two of each connector makes it easy to "daisy chain," or add speakers.

Jam's correct. Either works the same....there are just two in case you want to do a parallel configeration.

And you would never use more than ONE of the four connectors (2-Speakon, 2-1/4inch) as an input....and ONE as an output to another speaker.

You would never, for example, run two cables from two different amps (or one amp for that matter) to the same speaker or run from a speaker to another amps input. This should go without saying, but after reading the other fried speaker thread I thought I would mention it.

No you would never run two amps to 1 speaker - unless it is specifically wired for a bi-amp setup, which the S115V is not. You can run 1 amp to the speaker then daisy chain from the speaker to another speaker.
