Is it true you are gearing up for your own set of lawsuits? By what criteria are you using to decide who to sue and put out of business? Aren't you afraid of being kicked out of the KIAA for suing KJ's who have the legal songs to back up their library?

I am not part of Chartbuster but i use a lot of their discs (I run a disc based show) so I guess i want to ask this myself. If Chartbuster does notify a KJ that is running on a laptopnwith no disc visible, but can supply them for audit, why would CB get "kicked" out KIAA.? Wouldn't that be the end of the suit?
Wouldn't CB and their legal team send out a letter of intent first anyway?
