I never have as I do not know the legalities of them. They claim if you buy a license from them you can use commercially. So far they really haven't had much I need to get - well that i've researched heavily anyway.
One thing they do have is a spreadsheet, with all of their tunes on it, so you can search or sort by language, title, artist, number or whatever, on your own system, using Excel, and not have to spend time searching on the Internet. They have nearly 27,000 tunes, so I consider it a useful resource, for non-commercial use, anyway.
What sort of license did you speak to them about? I've only asked them about redistribution in CDG, for which I was quoted €500 for a custom track, and €200 just to purchase the rights for an existing track. This, however, did not include rights to anything but the soundtrack itself, none for the original material. Since they are a French company, I doubt that they could handle performance, mechanical, synch, or any other rights that may have to be purchased to distribute in any other country, but, you could always shoot them an email and ask them.
