I've been sick all week, running my show telecommuting. I walked in today to replace a bad mic XLR cable, and and before heading out the door to go home and rest my boss handed me these. "Hey, maybe you can rip these since you're at home"

Cool, can't wait to get mine in November. But you don't rip them. Just copy them to the hard drive you are going to use.

I think he used that term since that's what we've been doing all these years. He just equates copying karaoke CD's to ripping.
