Hi All,
I was checking out Dynacord's new Powermate 3 1000 powered mixer, looks impressive, couldn't find anyone that carries it in the USA, so I emailed Dynacord and they told me they do not distribute any of their products to North America anymore. I found a company in the UK that carries them and are willing to ship to North America so I thought I ask the people here if they have any feedback of this new mixer before I buy it from the UK. Any suggestions or inputs is greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advanced and have yourselves a wonderful day, happy karaokeing.

If you are buying in the US, for the price (from what I found approx 2500 US avg) WHY? There are just as good alternatives that can be found in the states - CHEAPER.
Yamaha, Mackie, Allen & Heath all make decent powered boards that are similar.

The other thing to think about is power conversion. It doesn't always go nicely and you could risk damaging the unit, even with a converter. Just ask any number of my international students that come here and end up with fried electronics, despite every precaution taken!

From the UK.

Bought a Mackie low end thing.
What Karaoker used. Had onboard FX.
Not enough headroom for me.
Anyway.
Reason the guy was selling it was because he bought a Dynacord.
He said it was awesome.
Never heard a Dynacord desk so can't say.

Bloody hearing aid.
