Post subject:  Combining song books?

I usually use Song list generator to create my song books but I'm having a minor issue right now.
I want to create and print my Xmas books, but when I search for Christmas, for instance, there are going to be a lot of songs missing, for example, Deck The Halls (since it doesn't have Christmas in the title). My idea is to do each search and save each as a csv or excel file, then combine them. Is there a way to combine CSV or Excel files or even PDF files to create the book I need, since SLG exports to that? Also is there a way to re-import that list back into SLG for printing since I like the format it gives me and I really don't have time anymore to mess around with learning and setting up something new?
TIA

Most Christmas songs come on discs with all of the songs being Christmas songs. I would think that you could just make a new book by clicking on just those discs and then add whatever single tracks when you're done.
